Strikes and Snow

My new travel plans meant that I was now leaving early in the morning on Monday instead of that night.  Somehow I got everything done and arrived at the airport only to discover that my new flight out of Memphis was delayed for hours due to snow in Chicago. Miraculously all 12 of us ended up making it to Brussels so that we could board a flight to Dakar together. Exactly 30 hours after leaving Memphis, I touched down in Senegal! Let the teaching and learning begin!
